SLACKERS RETURN POLICY

  • All returns and exchanges require the receipt from the item’s purchase.
  • NO CASH REFUNDS ON USED MERCHANDISE, including credit card chargebacks.
  • Defective merchandise may be exchanged only for the identical product within 90 days from the date of purchase. In instances where the item cannot be replaced, Slackers will issue store credit in the amount of the defective item.
  • New, unopened merchandise returned within 14 days from the date of purchase will be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns on purchases made with a gift card or gift certificate will be refunded as store credit only.
  • Merchandise that has been physically damaged by customer will not be eligible for return or exchange. Board games that are opened will not be eligible for return or exchange. Customer should contact the manufacturer for missing pieces.
  • New video game consoles and Skullcandy headphones products are warranted exclusively through their manufacturers. It is strongly recommended that customers register their console or Skullcandy product with the manufacturer immediately after purchase.
  • Non-defective merchandise with accompanying receipt may be exchanged for ⅔ of the original purchase price within 14 days for store credit only.
  • All sales are final on the following product: Comics & Graphic Novels, Strategy Guides. Trading Card Games. Plush Characters Apparel, and Loose Action Figures.
