However, Kilbaba was able to smuggle out the materials from his father's weapons program. Kilbaba yearns to continue the program and has teamed up with Carlos Ortega, a notorious criminal. All it will take is strike against the United States and Carlos Ortega's business losses will be avenged and Kilbaba's family honor restored. Luckily, their plan is still in the early stages.
