Rocket J. Squirrel (otherwise known as Rocky) and Bullwinkle J. Moose were enjoying a lovely day in Frostbite Falls, Minnesota when they received a telegram. Apparently, an uncle of Bullwinkle's was an earl in England and, having just passed away, willed the title to our favorite cartoon moose. If he can make it to England, Bullwinkle will be the Earl of Moosechester. However, the no-goodnicks Boris and Natasha plan to do everything they can to stop him.
