Console Repair Service
Slackers is pleased to offer this service by outsourcing to the best repair technicians available. The Price agreed upon includes any additional parts which may be needed. All Consoles are repaired in the order in which they are received. Typical turnaround time is 14-21 business days. However some repairs may take up to 42 business days, especially from our mid-Missouri locations.
Most consoles are repairable, and every effort will be made to restore your console’s functionality. However, we offer no guarantee, as some defective machines can only be fixed by the manufacturer, and a small portion cannot be repaired at all. There is a diagnostic fee of $15 regardless of whether your console can be repaired or not.
Your repaired console is covered by a 90 day warranty. If the console fails again for a reason related to the original repair within 90 days of pick up, Slackers will repair it again at no additional cost. If the console fails a second time during the warranty period, you are entitled to a refund minus the non-refundable diagnostic fee of $15.
